OEM
You own the design and the IP. We manufacture to your specification, using your artwork, sculpt files, and packaging design as the production standard.
Building your own blind box series is a manufacturing program, not a purchase order. LuckeeART runs custom blind box and OEM projects end to end — concept, sculpt, tooling, production, and packaging — with IP authorization handled for the markets you sell into.

We develop the product with you. Our team proposes concepts, formats, and materials, and you take the finished design to market under your own brand.
OEM suits buyers with established characters or licensed IP. ODM suits retailers building a private-label line without an in-house design team.
We agree the format, scale, materials, target market, and compliance requirements before any design work begins.
Designs are turned into a physical sample. This is where proportion, finish, and paint masking get resolved — and where changes are least expensive.
Once the sample is approved, tooling is cut and the production run is scheduled, with in-line quality checks against the approved sample.
Blind box packaging, display cases, and cartons are produced to your specification, then shipped with the documentation your market requires.
If your series uses characters you do not own, the authorization has to exist before production starts — not after. We can advise on the documentation your manufacturing partner will need, and we do not begin production on unlicensed character designs.
For original IP and private-label lines, confidentiality around sculpt files and artwork is handled under the project agreement, so your design does not leave the program.
Minimum order quantity depends on the format, materials, and whether new tooling is required. Tooling-heavy projects such as original vinyl figures carry higher minimums than soft goods like plush. We confirm the figure once the specification is fixed.
Timelines vary with complexity and whether tooling is new. Concept and sampling typically take longer than buyers expect, while mass production is relatively predictable once the sample is approved. We provide a stage-by-stage schedule with the quotation.
We can advise on the authorization documentation a manufacturing program requires and work with licensed characters where you hold the rights. We do not produce unlicensed character designs.
Options include individual sealed boxes, printed display cases for counter or shelf, master cartons sized to your logistics, and custom inserts. Packaging is specified at the start because it affects both tooling and unit cost.
Yes. Physical sampling is a standard stage before tooling and mass production, and it is the point at which design corrections are least expensive to make.
Send us the brands, series, and quantities you need. We reply with availability and a quotation, along with the authorization and test documentation for every line.
